GRAFTON CYCLE CLUB INCORPORATED
2026 SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING CONSTITUTION AND LOGO PROPOSAL
The documents on this page relate to the Special General Meeting of Grafton Cycle Club Incorporated to be held on Monday 20 July 2026 at 6pm at the Grafton and District Services Club, Mary Street, Grafton.
At this meeting, members will be asked to consider and vote on two Special Resolutions:

Adoption of a new Constitution for Grafton Cycle Club Incorporated; and
-
Adoption of a new Club logo.
The proposed Constitution has been reviewed by a solicitor and amendments arising from that review have been incorporated into the version presented to members.
At its meeting on 9 June 2026, the Committee endorsed both the proposed Constitution and the proposed Club logo and resolved to recommend their adoption by members at a Special General Meeting in accordance with the Club's current Constitution.
